I was unable to attend the memorial service so I was not able to see the flowers that were sent. I thought your website was very easy to navigate and the photos of the arrangements most helpful. I was a little concerned when I received the confirmation email stating the arrangement had been delivered on February 02, instead of 20, but hopefully it was a simply typo transposition and it wasn't delivered on February 22. Its nice to feel you are dealing with a local business rather than FTP which is often overpriced.

I appreciated the call to CA when you didn't have all the flowers in the bouquet I ordered. I asked that you keep the feeling of the bouquet I ordered for my aunt's funeral. I heard that all the flowers from CA were beautiful, so I guess you did a great job. My parents ordered their flowers from your shop, also. Thank you for honoring my Aunt Marshe so beautifully.
